  • First requests for continuance of traffic matters may be made verbally and granted by the Clerk. Subsequent requests shall be submitted in writing and must state the grounds of the request. Requests for continuance of criminal and civil matters shall be submitted in writing. Said written request shall state the grounds of the request and the position of the Commonwealth Attorney and/or opposing parties.
