- Persons exempted from this policy are law enforcement personnel, attorneys, and courthouse staff.

- must request permission from the court, and permission may be granted by the judge on a case by case basis.

Ten day notice required for any continuance request. Criminal cases: All continuance must be cleared with the Commonwealth's Attorney. Civil cases: First continuance granted with both sides in agreement, all subsequent continuances may be granted by a Judge, but only for good cause shown.
